Criminal law

Our criminal law practice is led by our Partner, Anand Nalachandran.

Anand acted in several landmark criminal cases in the High Court, Subordinate Courts and Court of Appeal.

He has represented both local and foreign clients in a wide spectrum of criminal law cases, ranging from capital offences e.g. murder, kidnapping and drug trafficking to commercial offences e.g. under the Customs Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, Securities & Futures Act and Computer Misuse Act.

Today, he continues the illustrious legacy left by Sir Roland Braddell, in his capacity as Braddell Brothers' principal criminal lawyer.
